For nearly three decades, Club Northwest has led a wellbeing revolution across our 7.5-acre campus in Southern Oregon. We have already laid one of the most unique foundations for kids' programming in the nation—featuring a massive indoor play center, NinjaZone, swim programs, summer camps, outdoor adventure spaces, and more. The Opportunity: We Are Looking for a Builder and Pied Piper in Kids’ ProgrammingWe are not looking for someone to simply maintain what currently exists. The opportunity is to step in as our Director of Kids Programming & Development and build one of the premier kids' program destinations in America. What You’ll Be Doing (The Outcome)As our "Chief Pied Piper" and Director of Kids’ Programming, your core outcome is to lead, scale, and continuously improve a world-class youth division. You will create extraordinary experiences for children, earn deep trust from families, coach an exceptional team, and drive strong, sustainable profitability through operational excellence and innovative programming. Drive Program Growth & Revenue: Expand enrollment across all kids' offerings, develop new revenue streams, and build strong community/B2B partnerships. Deliver World-Class Kids' Experiences: Lead camps, NinjaZone, after-school programs, kids' athletics, and special events to ensure they are high-energy, safe, developmental, and fun. Oversee Aquatics & Swim Programs: Manage swim lesson operations, elevating instructional quality, enrollment, retention, and safety standards. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of Serriors, cultivating a culture of ownership, growth, and extraordinary care. Cultivate Family Trust & Loyalty: Connect directly with parents, building deep relational trust and creating communication channels that make every family feel known and valued. Ensure Operational & Safety Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards for safety, supervision, cleanliness, and facility readiness across all kids' spaces. Proven Builder Track Record: 5+ years leading kids-focused programming, recreation, camps, athletics, or aquatics with demonstrated success scaling enrollment, retention, and revenue. Exceptional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing teams while developing future leaders. Strong Business Acumen: Financial accountability, operational management skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to growing a business unit.
