We are currently recruiting for two permanent Theatre opportunities in Kent for experienced RGNs and ODPs with a background in Scrub.1. Senior Theatre Practitioner – ScrubContract Type: Permanent – Full TimeHours: 40 hours per weekWorking Pattern: 4 days between Monday and Saturday, 07:30–18:00Salary: Negotiable

Key Requirements

Registered RN or ODPProven Scrub experienceExperience planning, organising and running surgical listsExperience supervising staff and scheduling operating listsPrevious perioperative experience within an acute NHS or private hospitalStrong leadership, communication and team-building skillsGeneral and orthopaedic surgical experienceDesirable:Practice Supervisor or Practice Assessor qualificationSurgical First Assistant qualificationAnaesthetics experience2.
