AABTEC is looking for an experienced leader to oversee, coordinate, and deliver high-quality theming and architectural finishes for our upcoming projects!Key Responsibilities :Supervise & Lead: Oversee daily theming, finishes, and artistic construction site activities.Quality Assurance: Ensure all work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.Team & Subcontractor Management: Guide execution teams, sculptors, and vendors to meet project timelines.Problem Solving: Resolve technical on-site issues and coordinate effectively with project managers and client reps.Requirements : 6+ years of proven experience as a Theming Supervisor in theme parks, entertainment, or specialized architectural projects.Strong knowledge of materials (GRC, GRP, FRP, carved concrete, specialized painting, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and site management skills.Ability to interpret complex design drawings and execution plans.
