Company Description Bridges to Recovery is a residential mental health treatment program with two luxury locations in Beverly Hills, specializing in care for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Treatment is grounded in a whole-person care model that integrates emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Multidisciplinary clinicians collaborate to deliver individualized treatment plans in an upscale, therapeutic setting that prioritizes safety, respect, and long-term recovery.Role Description The Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to adult clients in a residential setting, using evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting clinical progress, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurses, and other members of the treatment team. The Therapist will facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups focused on topics such as mood regulation, trauma recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention. Additional responsibilities include participating in case conferences, communicating with referral sources as appropriate, and contributing to a therapeutic milieu that supports recovery, dignity, and autonomy.Qualifications Clinical expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.Proficiency in delivering individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, IFS, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness-based interventions).Strong therapeutic communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills with diverse adult populations.Ability to maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.Skill in interdisciplinary collaboration, including coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals.Commitment to person-centered, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental care within a whole-person treatment model.Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.Current California clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist); experience in residential or intensive treatment settings is preferred.Ability to work full time on-site in Beverly Hills, CA, including participation in team meetings and scheduled client activities.Comfort with using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.
