Team members work together to support clients in achieving meaningful, sustainable improvements in their emotional and psychological well-being.Role Description This part-time remote Therapist role involves providing individual and, as appropriate, family or group counseling sessions through secure telehealth platforms. The Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role includes collaborating with other providers or care coordinators as needed, monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans, and offering referrals to additional resources when appropriate. The Therapist is expected to uphold ethical guidelines, participate in periodic team meetings or case consultations, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment for both clients and colleagues.Qualifications Active state licensure as a Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent) in good standingDemonstrated experience providing telehealth or remote psychotherapy servicesStrong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear documentation and client communicationComfort with technology, including secure video platforms, electronic health records, and basic computer applicationsAbility to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain appropriate professional boundariesCommitment to culturally responsive care and serving clients from diverse backgroundsMaster’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related fieldPrevious experience in outpatient, community mental health, or private practice settings is beneficialAvailability to work a consistent part-time schedule, which may include some evening or weekend hours
