The clinic offers both in-office appointments in Frankfort and Crest Hill, Illinois, as well as Telepsychiatry services for accessible care. Evidence-based strategies are at the core of the clinic’s approach to helping individuals achieve improved mental health and overall well-being.Role Description The Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Frankfort, IL. The Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. The Therapist will collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians on integrated care plans, communicate with clients’ support systems when appropriate and authorized, and participate in case consultations and team meetings. The role also involves promoting culturally competent care, engaging in ongoing professional development, and supporting both in-person and Telepsychiatry-related coordination as needed.Qualifications Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psychologist) or license-eligible in Illinois, with training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings.Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.Proficiency in clinical documentation, electronic health records, and basic computer skills, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.Experience or strong interest in culturally competent practice, including working with diverse populations and integrating clients’ values and beliefs into care.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field; relevant post-graduate training or certifications are a plus.Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings and familiarity with insurance-based care and Telepsychiatry coordination is preferred.
