Team members join a mission-driven environment focused on growth, integrity, and meaningful connection.Role Description This full-time Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Ashburn, VA, with a combination of in-office sessions and some work-from-home flexibility. The Therapist will provide individual and, as appropriate, group therapy, using evidence-based and holistic approaches aligned with ReEvolve Therapy’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care as needed with other providers. The role involves creating a safe, affirming environment for clients, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions to support emotional health and personal growth. The Therapist will also participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.Qualifications Current, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of Virginia or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframeDemonstrated competence in individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care)Ability to integrate holistic and person-centered approaches that support self-discovery, resilience, and overall well-beingStrong skills in intake assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-makingExcellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with a commitment to cultural humility and inclusive, gender-neutral, non-discriminatory careComfort with hybrid work, including secure telehealth platforms, basic technology proficiency, and time management for both in-person and remote sessionsExperience working with clients facing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma; experience with diverse populations is highly valuedMaster’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health fieldWillingness to engage in supervision or consultation as appropriate, and ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
