Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapist - Spa to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Deliver a range of spa and wellness treatments to the highest professional standards, tailored to individual guest needs and preferences.Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products to create a personalised and memorable spa experience.Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation.Maintain accurate guest treatment records, including relevant preferences and wellness information, to support a consistent guest experience.Respond professionally to guest requests and feedback while consistently adhering to Jumeirah service standards, SOPs and safety procedures.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.A recognised professional health or body therapy qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment.Good knowledge of spa treatments, consultation techniques, hygiene and treatment protocols.Excellent guest service and communication skills, with a passion for delivering personalised luxury wellness experiences.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
