demanding industrial process-equipment projects across the UAE and GCC markets.The role focuses on the thermal behaviour of industrial processing systems used for mixing, blending, homogenisation, dissolution, reaction, heating, cooling and temperature-controlled batch production.The successful candidate will work with industrial customers, process engineers and international equipment manufacturers to define thermal requirements, evaluate equipment configurations and support the technical design of heating and cooling solutions.The position is particularly relevant to food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, chemical and specialty ingredient applications.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬• Analyse customer heating and cooling requirements for industrial batch processes.• Calculate or evaluate required heating and cooling duties.• Review product mass, specific heat, initial temperature and target temperature.• Evaluate required heating and cooling times.• Support technical selection of jacketed and insulated processing vessels.• Evaluate different jacket configurations and heat-transfer solutions.• Analyse heat-transfer coefficients and thermal resistance.• Support sizing and evaluation of heat-transfer surfaces.• Review utility availability including steam, hot water, thermal oil, chilled water and glycol systems.• Evaluate utility temperatures, pressures and flow requirements.• Support projects involving indirect heating and cooling of mixers, tanks and process vessels.• Analyse the effect of product viscosity on heat-transfer performance.• Evaluate thermal gradients and product uniformity during batch processing.• Support integration of agitation and heat transfer.• Review heating and cooling requirements for high-viscosity or temperature-sensitive products.• Evaluate risks associated with localised overheating or product degradation.• Support selection and positioning of temperature sensors.• Review process temperature-control strategies.• Coordinate technical requirements with equipment manufacturers and engineering teams.• Support preparation of technical specifications and process-data engineer with strong understanding of industrial heat transfer and process equipment.The ideal candidate should understand that heating a product in an industrial vessel is not simply a question of selecting a target temperature.The candidate should be able to consider product mass, viscosity, agitation, heat-transfer area, thermal properties, utility conditions and equipment geometry when evaluating the thermal performance of a process system.Candidates should be capable of discussing technical calculations and translating production requirements into engineering parameters.Candidates whose experience is primarily general sales, administration or non-technical business development are unlikely to be suitable.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Food Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial engineering experience preferred.Practical knowledge of industrial heat transfer and thermodynamics.Experience with heating and cooling systems used in industrial production.Understanding of jacketed vessels and batch-processing equipment.Ability to perform or review basic thermal calculations.Ability to interpret process data, P&IDs and equipment specifications.Understanding of process utilities including steam, hot water and cooling
