About the CompanyOur client, a unique nursery and preschool in the heart of Maidenhead, is looking for a passionate and creative Third in Charge to join their team. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.QualificationsRecognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)Previous experience within an early year or nursery settingRequired SkillsCaring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's developmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationshipsA clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain oneEqual Opportunity StatementAt Tinies, safeguarding children and promoting their welfare are at the heart of everything we do.
