The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment solutions, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle third-party collection calls and customer follow-upsResolve payment-related queries professionally Negotiate and secure payments as per process guidelines Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow company policies and collection proceduresKey Skills: Excellent verbal communication Strong negotiation and convincing skills Customer handling Collection & recovery skillsTarget-oriented approach Problem-solving abilityWillingness to work rotational night shifts Salary depends on last drawn salary and years of experience.
