Job Role: Third-Party Program Management (TPPM) – Global Outsourcing ControlLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5–7 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysAbout the RoleWe are looking for experienced professionals to join the Global Outsourcing Control / Third-Party Program Management (TPPM) team. The role involves managing outsourcing lifecycle activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions, ensuring governance and controls, and supporting third-party/vendor management initiatives within an Investment Banking / Financial Services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage day-to-day activities within the Global Outsourcing Control team and support business units with outsourcing lifecycle requirements.Manage and coordinate Third-Party Program / Outsourcing activities in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Coordinate Intake Forms and engagement deliverables across multiple project phases, ensuring SLA, governance, control and go-live requirements are met.Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Tax, Business Units and other control functions to drive outsourcing engagements.Track project status, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and deadlines, and provide timely escalation where required.Maintain accurate data, reporting and governance trackers and provide clear management updates.Support vendor management, stakeholder management, SLA/KPI tracking and governance activities.Identify process improvement opportunities and support workflow, tool and reporting enhancements.Contribute to remediation, change management and outsourcing initiatives.Use AI-enabled tools and data analytics responsibly to improve process efficiency, reporting and workflow management.Demonstrate strong ownership, professionalism, maturity and independent decision-making.Must-Have SkillsThird-Party Program / Outsourcing ManagementThird-Party Risk / Vendor ManagementProject Management and Stakeholder ManagementSLA/KPI tracking and governanceStrong experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams and regionsUnderstanding of outsourcing lifecycle and governance requirementsStrong communication, coordination and relationship-management skillsStrong analytical, organizational and reporting skillsFamiliarity with AI tools / AI-enabled process improvementExperience in Investment Banking / Banking / Financial ServicesGood-to-Have SkillsRisk ManagementInternal ControlsOperational RiskThird-Party Risk ManagementRegulatory Program ManagementOutsourcing Risk / Vendor RiskImportantPlease do not share candidates who come purely from IT Project Management backgrounds.
