These relationships are central to our business,and ensuring they operate responsibly is essential to protecting our customers.We are creating a new Third-Party Risk Manager role to strengthen how these relationships are assessed, onboarded and monitored.Working within our Compliance team, you will provide independent, evidence-led oversight across introducers, marketing partners, lead providers and other customer-impacting third parties.This is a hands-on specialist role with no direct reports. You will have the autonomy to conduct meaningful reviews, identify emerging risks and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when standards are not being met.What you’ll be doingYou will oversee third parties throughout their lifecycle, from initial assessment and onboarding through to ongoing monitoring, remediation and review.Your work will include:Conducting proportionate third-party risk assessments and due diligence.Confirming the required approvals and controls are in place before relationships go live.Creating risk-based monitoring and periodic-review plans.Completing assurance activity, including site visits, call or file sampling and control testing.Reviewing complaints, incidents, performance and customer-outcome information to identify emerging concerns.Investigating issues and tracking remedial action.Producing clear, evidence-based reporting for senior stakeholders.Constructively challenging business owners and third parties where evidence or controls are insufficient.You will work closely with colleagues across Compliance, Operations and other specialist teams while maintaining the independence needed to provide effective oversight.What we’re looking forWe would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate:Experience in third-party risk, governance, regulatory due diligence, compliance oversight or operational risk.Experience gained within financial services or another regulated environment.Hands-on involvement in third-party onboarding and ongoing monitoring.Experience conducting risk assessments, reviews, assurance activity or control testing.The ability to analyse evidence and management information and turn your findings into clear recommendations.Confidence challenging stakeholders and escalating material concerns.Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.A clear commitment to fair customer outcomes.Experience overseeing introducers, lead providers, marketing partners, outsourced providers or other customer-impacting third parties would be particularly valuable.Knowledge of Consumer Duty, FCA requirements, financial promotions, CONC or SUP 12 would also be useful, but we do not expect every candidate to bring experience in every area.Why join MoneyPlus?We provide First Aid for Finances, helping people move from crisis to control.Our debt advice and solutions combine digital convenience with human care, supporting customers through some of the most challenging financial circumstances they may face.This is an opportunity to join a growing Compliance team and shape a newly created role with genuine visibility and influence.
