We are looking for an organized travel-services professional who can coordinate ticketing activities while providing clear and dependable assistance to travelers.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Ticketing Assistant / Information Clerk / Travel Desk Coordinator to support ticket reservations, itinerary administration, travel inquiries, booking changes, passenger information, and travel-desk operations.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple reservations, schedules, travelers, and documentation requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with airline, rail, coach, ferry, tour, and other approved transportation ticketing activities.Process authorized booking requests and accurately enter passenger and travel information into reservation systems.Verify passenger names, travel dates, destinations, flight or route details, baggage requirements, contact information, and booking references.Prepare and distribute approved tickets, booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, receipts, and travel documents.Assist customers with routine inquiries regarding schedules, fares, routes, booking conditions, baggage policies, and travel procedures.Provide accurate information based on current approved supplier and company resources.Assist with new reservations, cancellations, amendments, rebooking, refunds, credits, and schedule changes according to applicable rules.Monitor booking status, ticketing deadlines, confirmation requirements, and outstanding payment or documentation items.Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, corporate travel partners, and authorized agencies.Track schedule changes, delays, cancellations, route disruptions, and other travel updates.Notify travelers promptly of approved itinerary changes and provide updated documentation.Assist with arranging airport transfers, hotels, ground transportation, tours, activities, and other travel services where required.Maintain accurate traveler profiles, preferences, booking histories, and contact details in approved systems.Support corporate travel requests, executive travel arrangements, business trips, meetings, exhibitions, and group travel.Coordinate travel bookings for conferences, workshops, corporate events, and organized group programs where applicable.Prepare daily travel-desk schedules, passenger lists, booking summaries, and outstanding-action reports.Assist with travel-document administration including passports, visas, insurance documents, invitation letters, and supporting records where applicable.Monitor documentation deadlines and follow up on missing information.Coordinate with authorized visa agencies, embassies, consulates, and travel partners when required, while escalating complex immigration matters to qualified personnel.Assist with payment records, invoices, receipts, refunds, credits, and travel-related expense documentation.Verify ticketing and supplier invoices against approved bookings and supporting documentation.Maintain organized electronic and physical records of bookings, correspondence, tickets, customer requests, and transaction documents.Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and escalate complex or urgent matters to supervisors.Provide timely assistance before, during, and after travel within the scope of assigned responsibilities.Protect confidential passenger, passport, payment, contact, and booking information.Follow company travel policies, supplier rules, data-protection requirements, ticketing procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.Escalate emergencies, major travel disruptions, security concerns, or complex booking disputes to authorized personnel.Identify opportunities to improve ticketing accuracy, response times, travel-desk processes, and overall customer experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in travel agencies, airline services, ticketing, reservations, corporate travel, tourism, or customer service is preferred.Experience with airline reservations, ticketing systems, booking amendments, cancellations, and travel documentation is advantageous.Strong understanding of itinerary management, reservation procedures, ticketing terminology, and customer-service standards.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, Russian, or German are advantageous.Strong attention to detail when handling passenger names, dates, routes, ticket numbers, and booking references.Excellent organization, multitasking, follow-up, and time-management skills.Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent travel changes and customer requests.Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRM, reservation, and ticketing platforms.Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport, or comparable GDS platforms is highly advantageous.UAE or GCC experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, corporate travel, or tourism is advantageous.Experience supporting international, VIP, corporate, or group travelers is advantageous.IATA, travel-management, aviation, tourism, or hospitality certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible
