Specialist / Wellness Desk Host / Data Audit Clerk to support ticket reservations, booking administration, wellness reception, customer scheduling, data verification, audit checks, and operational reporting.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with booking systems, customer records, spreadsheets, and data-quality processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage authorized ticket bookings, reservations, cancellations, amendments, exchanges, and customer requests.Verify passenger, customer, event, travel, booking, payment, and ticket information before final processing.Issue approved tickets, confirmations, vouchers, receipts, and booking documentation through designated systems.Maintain accurate ticketing records, booking references, customer profiles, payment information, and transaction logs.Assist customers with routine inquiries regarding schedules, availability, booking status, ticket conditions, and approved policies.Monitor booking changes, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and outstanding ticketing actions.Coordinate with airlines, travel providers, event organizers, venues, transport operators, or approved ticketing partners where applicable.Identify duplicate bookings, incorrect passenger information, payment discrepancies, or system errors and escalate them appropriately.Maintain confidentiality of customer, payment, travel, and booking information.Welcome clients, members, guests, and visitors professionally at wellness, spa, fitness, or health-related reception desks where applicable.Coordinate appointments, consultations, treatments, classes, sessions, reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.Maintain accurate customer profiles, appointment calendars, attendance records, membership information, and reception logs.Provide approved information regarding facilities, programs, schedules, services, packages, and customer procedures.Handle calls, emails, messages, and routine customer inquiries professionally.Coordinate with therapists, trainers, consultants, instructors, managers, housekeeping, facilities, and customer-service teams.Assist with check-in, check-out, payment documentation, receipts, membership administration, and customer forms where applicable.Maintain a welcoming, organized, discreet, and professional reception environment.Escalate medical, treatment, safety, billing, or complex customer matters to appropriately authorized personnel.Conduct routine data-quality and audit checks across customer, booking, financial, inventory, operational, or administrative records.Compare system data against source documents, reports, spreadsheets, forms, and approved reference records.Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, outdated, incorrectly formatted, or potentially inaccurate information.Verify names, dates, reference numbers, quantities, transaction details, booking information, and other required data fields.Maintain data-audit logs documenting reviewed records, identified exceptions, corrections, and follow-up actions.Perform approved data corrections while maintaining audit trails and change-control procedures.Escalate material discrepancies, suspicious records, unauthorized changes, or unresolved data-quality issues.Assist with periodic data cleansing, record validation, database updates, and reconciliation exercises.Prepare spreadsheets, exception reports, quality-control summaries, and audit-status trackers.Coordinate with finance, IT, compliance, customer service, operations, sales, and administration teams to resolve data issues.Maintain organized electronic and physical records supporting ticketing, customer service, wellness operations, and data audits.Assist with internal audits, quality reviews, process checks, and documentation requests.Protect confidential customer, financial, health-service, operational, and commercial information.Follow company policies, ticketing procedures, customer-service standards, data-governance requirements, privacy controls, workplace safety procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.Identify opportunities to improve ticketing accuracy, customer experience, data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Information Management, Accounting, Data Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in ticketing, travel administration, wellness or hospitality reception, data auditing, customer service, or operations is preferred.Experience across two or more of ticketing, customer reception, booking administration, data verification, or audit support is advantageous.Strong understanding of ticketing systems, customer service, appointment scheduling, data validation, and records management.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, or Russian are advantageous.Professional, polished, approachable, and customer-focused manner.Exceptional attention to detail when handling bookings, customer records, transactions, spreadsheets, and audit information.Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up skills.Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate data-quality issues systematically.Strong numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRM, ticketing, booking, and data-management systems.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, filters, lookups, conditional checks, and reconciliation techniques, are advantageous.Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms is advantageous.Familiarity with wellness-management, appointment-booking, ticketing, database, or audit-management software is advantageous.UAE or GCC experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, wellness, retail, entertainment, healthcare administration, or corporate services is advantageous.Ticketing, travel, hospitality, data-management, auditing, customer-service, or administrative certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time
