TikTok Content Creator & Account Manager — Project-Based

LINKIN.SA specializes in LinkedIn services and digital subscriptions for professionals. We are looking for a content creator to manage our TikTok account, from content planning and production to publishing, audience interaction, and performance improvement.The account is new. Your initial focus will be to establish its content direction, create useful and engaging Arabic videos, and test formats that connect with people interested in LinkedIn and professional development.This is a paid, independent contractor project lasting 3 months, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. The scope includes 12 videos per month — 36 videos in total — alongside account management.What you’ll do

• Develop content ideas and maintain a publishing plan aligned with our audience and services.
• Write clear, natural Arabic scripts that make professional topics accessible and engaging.
• Produce short-form videos, including filming, editing, captions, and supporting visuals.
• Manage the account’s profile, publishing schedule, and ongoing activity.
• Respond to comments and messages within the agreed coverage, coordinating with our team on product questions and customer support.
• Review performance and recommend improvements, considering content engagement, relevant inquiries, and interest in our services.
• Keep project files and content assets organized and provide clear progress updates.What we’re looking for
• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video production skills.
• Experience creating TikTok content and managing accounts.
• Strong Arabic writing and communication skills.
• An interest in LinkedIn, career development, and professional digital services.
• The ability to research topics, verify information, and maintain accuracy.
