We’re looking for motivated and ambitious Junior Creator Recruiters to join our team and help us grow ourVisit Our Website : https://www.pipame.com/TikTok LIVE creator network.Salary: AED 6,000/monthWorking Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AMBreak: 1 hourWorking Days: Monday to FridayWeekends: Saturday and Sunday offPosition: Full-timeVisit Us : https://www.pipame.com/Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new creators to TikTok LIVEAchieve a minimum of 20 successful creator recruitments per monthAttend regular meetings with managementFill and maintain recruitment sheets after each successful recruitmentSubmit a weekly performance report to managementBuild and maintain good relationships with recruited creatorsWork toward monthly recruitment targets and team goalsCommissionIn addition to the AED 6,000 monthly salary, you will earn 5% commission on the revenue generated by all creators you recruit.Career GrowthThis position offers a clear opportunity for career progression.Recruiters who consistently perform well, achieve their targets, and prove themselves during their probation period can have the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager position, along with increased responsibilities and a salary increase.Who We’re Looking ForWe are open to junior and entry-level candidates.
