We're looking for a new host to join the team during weekends, evenings & overnight shifts.This isn’t a traditional retail job.You won’t be working on a shop floor or reading from a script. You’ll be in our studio, on camera, talking to a live audience, demonstrating products, reacting to comments and helping turn viewers into customers.If you’re confident, quick-thinking and good with people, we’ll help you learn the rest.WHAT YOU’LL DOYou’ll host live shopping shows from the Drophouse studio.Your role will include:Hosting live shows and becoming one of the faces of our channelsPresenting and demonstrating products in an engaging wayTalking to the audience and responding to comments in real timeBuilding excitement around products, offers and new dropsHelping convert viewers into customersWorking with the team on show ideas, formats and segmentsCreating short-form content around the showsReviewing what works and finding ways to improve each broadcastLive shows can be unpredictable. Products change, comments come in and things don’t always go to plan. You’ll need to stay calm, think quickly and keep the show moving.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORYou don’t need a specific background for this role.You might have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, presenting, content, events, acting or streaming. You might not. New shows are developed, products arrive, ideas are tested and successful formats are built on.You’ll work with presenters, producers, e-commerce, warehouse and operations teams.
