TikTok Shop Growth Specialist – UK & USAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop specialist to help us launch and grow our personal-brand-based products on TikTok Shop in the UK and US markets.The ideal candidate understands how TikTok Shop works from end to end and can help us develop a strategy to generate consistent sales through organic content, creators, affiliates, and TikTok Shop campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a TikTok Shop sales strategy for the UK and US markets.Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop accounts, products, listings, and promotions.Identify and recruit relevant TikTok creators and affiliates to promote our products.Build and manage an effective affiliate/creator program.Research TikTok trends, competitors, products, and content strategies.Help develop content ideas and strategies designed to increase views, engagement, and conversions.Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and offers based on performance.Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policies, features, trends, and best practices in both markets.Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for growth.Requirements:Proven experience growing and selling products through TikTok Shop.Strong understanding of the UK and US TikTok Shop markets.Experience working with TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliate marketers.Demonstrated ability to generate sales, not just views or followers.Strong knowledge of TikTok content trends and conversion-focused marketing.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.Excellent communication and organization skills.Experience with personal brands, DTC/e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or similar products is a plus.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for someone who is hands-on, results-driven, and experienced.
