Key Responsibilities

Review and upgrade TL 9000 common processes and templatesReview departmental yearly performance presentationsReview TL 9000 measurement data and DSR submissions through QuEST ForumAdvise on corrective actions for target breachesPrepare trend analysis and performance dashboardsPrepare audit plans and conduct internal audits as per certification scopePrepare the client for Management Review Meeting (MRM)Support external surveillance audit preparation and executionAssist with corrective action plans and closure of NCs

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with TL 9000 QMSExperience supporting TL 9000 surveillance auditsStrong knowledge of QuEST Forum / DSR / TL 9000 MeasurementsExperience conducting internal audits and preparing MRMStrong documentation, reporting and corrective action skillsTelecom / ICT industry experience preferredAbility to work independently with the client on-siteImmediate/short-term availability for the stated contract periodNote: Only candidates with relevant TL 9000 practical experience will be considered.
