This role is responsible for administering TMS treatments under clinical supervision, following established protocols and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for sessions, operating TMS equipment, monitoring patient responses, and accurately documenting treatment details in the medical record. The TMS Technician will collaborate closely with clinicians, communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, and help maintain a calm, welcoming treatment environment. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling support, equipment checks, and adherence to clinic policies and regulatory standards.QualificationsExperience in a clinical or behavioral health setting, with strong patient-facing communication and interpersonal skills.Comfort with medical technology and equipment operation, including the ability to learn and follow TMS treatment protocols and safety procedures.Attention to detail in documentation, time management, and follow-through on daily tasks and clinic workflows.Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.Associate or bachelor’s degree required; CNA or MA certification is preferred.Prior TMS experience or certification is a plus; willingness to participate in training and continuing education is essential.Demonstrated reliability, compassion, and commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed mental health care.
