TMT / Digital Associate | Dubai | Leading International Law Firm

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a TMT Associate, with 2 - 3 PQE, into its established Dubai practice.The role will offer exposure to a broad range of technology, media and telecommunications matters, advising major regional and international clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East.The work will include:

• Technology and complex commercial agreements
• IT procurement, outsourcing and major technology projects
• Cloud, SaaS and software arrangements
• Telecommunications and digital infrastructure
• Data protection, privacy and cybersecurity
• IP licensing and commercialisation
• FinTech and digital platforms
• AI and emerging technologies
• Technology-related regulatory mattersThe role offers a good mix of transactional, commercial and regulatory work, with the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Dubai-based partner team as well as colleagues across the firm's international network.The firm is interested in Associates with experience across TMT, technology transactions, commercial contracts and/or technology regulation, ideally gained with a leading international or Legal 500-ranked practice.Existing Middle East experience would be advantageous, although candidates looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand or another common law jurisdiction would also be of interest.A competitive tax-free international law firm salary and package is on offer.
