TMT / Digital Senior Associate Solicitor 6 - 8 pqe - Dubai - Global Law Firm

A leading international law firm is looking to hire an experienced TMT Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) into its established Dubai practice.The role will offer exposure to a broad range of high-value technology, media and telecommunications matters, advising major regional and international clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East.The work will include:

• Technology transactions and complex commercial agreements
• IT procurement, outsourcing and major technology projects
• Cloud, SaaS and software licensing arrangements
• Telecommunications and digital infrastructure
• Data protection, privacy and cybersecurity
• IP licensing and commercialisation
• FinTech, digital platforms and digital transformation projects
• AI and emerging technologies
• Technology-related regulatory and compliance mattersThe position offers an excellent mix of transactional, commercial and regulatory work, with the opportunity to take a leading role on complex mandates, manage key client relationships and supervise junior associates.The successful candidate will work closely with a highly regarded Dubai-based partner team and colleagues across the firm's international network, with significant client exposure and opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the regional TMT practice.The firm is interested in Senior Associates with approximately 6–8 PQE and strong experience across TMT, technology transactions, complex commercial contracts and/or technology regulation, ideally gained with a leading international or Legal 500-ranked practice.Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, experience managing complex transactions and the ability to work independently with sophisticated clients.Existing Middle East experience would be advantageous, although candidates looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand or another common law jurisdiction would also be of interest.A competitive tax-free international law firm salary and package is on offer.If this opportunity could be of interest, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
