Location: Chennai Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in TOSCAautomation and automation framework design.

The ideal candidate should possess strong testing fundamentals, cloud testing exposure, and experience working in Agile development environments.The role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, executing end-to-end test strategies, and ensuring high product quality across cloud and enterprise applications. Senior QA engineers typically design automated testing strategies, maintain test frameworks, and collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable software releases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using TOSCA.Develop and execute automated test cases for web, API, and backend systems.Participate in test strategy planning and framework design for automation.Perform API testing, database validation, and integration testing.Ensure quality across cloud environments (AWS / Azure).Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.Track defects and test progress using JIRA or other test management tools.Perform root cause analysis for defects and automation failures.Contribute to continuous integration and automated testing pipelines.Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best practices in testing.QA engineers typically design test cases, execute automated tests, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA AutomationExperience in automation framework design and architectureStrong software testing fundamentals (STLC, test design techniques)Experience with API testing and database testingProficiency in Agile testing practicesExperience using JIRA or similar test management tools Experience with AWS or Azure cloud testingTOSCA Certification is mandatory.Additional SkillsExposure to other automation tools (Playwright / Selenium / similar)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of integration and system testing
