ABOUT EPIC DANCEEpic Dance produces high-energy dance competitions and events designed to create an exciting, welcoming, and memorable experience for dancers, families, studio owners, judges, and staff. We believe great events are about more than what happens on stage — they're about the experience we create for everyone in the building.We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that experience and help bring the Epic Dance brand to life at every event.THE ROLEThe Tour Director is the on-site leader for each Epic Dance event. You'll help lead our staff, build relationships with studio owners and venue partners, keep the event moving on schedule, and make sure dancers and families feel welcomed and taken care of.When things are running smoothly, you'll have plenty of time to engage with people and enjoy the event. When something goes sideways, you're the person who steps in, finds a solution, and keeps the show moving.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOROutgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with all types of people.A natural leader who can confidently direct and support a team.Calm and solution-oriented when unexpected situations arise.Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to the big picture.Comfortable working around children, families, studio owners, venue personnel, and event staff.Willing to get hands-on when needed while still maintaining an overall view of the event.Excited by travel, live events, and creating memorable experiences.This position requires weekend travel.
