Tourism Operations & Experience Coordinator

BAN Tourism is a Saudi Destination Management Company (DMC). We design and operate tourism programs across the Kingdom for government entities, corporates, delegations, and individual travelers.We are looking for a full-time team member to join our operations team and take ownership of turning ideas into experiences our guests live on the ground.ResponsibilitiesExperience Design:- Design tourism programs and experiences, and build detailed hour-by-hour itineraries- Create new experiences that reflect the identity and culture of Saudi destinations- Develop day trips and seasonal programs in coordination with the sales teamOperations & Coordination:- Coordinate with suppliers: hotels, transportation, restaurants, guides, and experience providers- Prepare an operations file for each program (schedule, roles, contacts, and contingency plans)- Follow up on bookings and supplier confirmations before every tripField Supervision:- Be on site to supervise program delivery from arrival to departure- Solve on-trip issues quickly and calmly- Ensure all parties meet quality and timing standardsQuality & Improvement:- Collect guest feedback and ratings after each program- Prepare a post-trip report covering what worked and what needs improvement- Help build and evaluate our supplier databaseQualifications- Available to work full-time- Genuine passion for tourism and an understanding of what makes a great guest experience- Able to work in the field and travel within Saudi Arabia, including weekends when programs require- Professional proficiency in English, spoken and written- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once- Calm and resourceful under pressure- Excellent communication skills with guests and suppliersNice to Have- Tour guide license- Previous experience in tourism operations or events- Knowledge of tourist destinations across Saudi Arabia
