EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Communication, Market Research, Data Analytics, marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Postgraduate degree or relevant advanced training is an advantage. WORK EXPERIENCEAt least 8 years of progressive experience in market research, shopper or customer insights, commercial intelligence, customer experience, channel strategy, or related field.Experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including agency and fieldwork management. Experience in omnichannel research, customer journey analysis, competitive intelligence, and executive-level insight communication.Experience managing cross functional stakeholders, project budgets, timelines, and research partners.Experience in telecommunications, FMCG, retail, digital commerce, financial services, or another consumer-focused industry is preferred.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFUNCTIONALLead approved Sales Touchpoints, Omnichannel, Shopper, Customer Experience, and Competitive Intelligence programs with functional and operational authority within approved strategy, budget, governance, and scope.Determine the appropriate research approach, methodology, sampling, tools, workplan, and delivery model for approved programs; approve routine methodological and operational changes that do not alter approved strategic intent or major investment.Make day-to-day portfolio and project decisions covering prioritization, sequencing, resource deployment, agency direction, fieldwork controls, quality interventions, and issue resolution.Validate research design, evidence, analysis, interpretation, and final deliverables before business release; require rework or corrective action when quality, methodology, or business relevance is insufficient.Drive cross-functional implication and action planning sessions, secure owners and next steps, and escalate decisions that require enterprise policy, major investment, structural change, or final strategic approval to the Center Head / AVP.Sales Touchpoints, Omnichannel & ExperienceLead end-to-end omnichannel, customer journey, channel-preference, Mystery Shopper, shopper VOC, and retail-experience programs.Translate physical and digital touchpoint evidence into clear commercial, customer experience, and channel recommendations.Competitive IntelligenceDirect monitoring and interpretation of competitor promotions, propositions, CVM communications, retail execution, channel activity, acquisition initiatives, and emerging market signals.Issue timely competitive implications, alerts, recommendations, and counter-strategy inputs for relevant business owners.Research, Budget & Partner LeadershipLead scoping, procurement inputs, agency selection support, vendor direction, budget stewardship, fieldwork, quality assurance, delivery acceptance, and post-project evaluation.Authorize routine project actions and budget use within approved limits; recommend changes requiring additional investment or material scope adjustment.Coach team members, allocate work, monitor performance, and build capability across assigned programs and partners.ADMINISTRATIVEManage project plans, budgets, procurement requirements, risks, dependencies, and reporting calendars.Maintain research documentation, repositories, trackers, and approved methodologies.Coach team members and coordinate work allocation and performance monitoring.Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, information security, and research standards.
