Trade Compliance Lead | BeneluxAre you an experienced Trade Compliance professional looking to make a real impact in a global, iconic heritage Brand? We're looking for a Trade Compliance Lead to drive import and export compliance across the Benelux region while supporting wider international operations.What you'll be doingLead and support import, export, customs, and trade compliance activities across multiple international markets.Advise and train stakeholders on trade regulations, customs requirements, sanctions, licensing, classification, and country of origin rules.Monitor changing regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.Manage customs classification and origin determination processes, including regulatory applications and rulings.Partner with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities.Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and strengthen compliance programmes.Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and compliance controls.What we're looking for8+ years' experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, Import/Export, or a related field.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across a global business.Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.The ability to work from the Netherlands and occasionally travel to Belgium (all travel will be expensed)This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of Trade Compliance across a broad international scope, working with global stakeholders and helping shape best-in-class compliance practices within a growing organisation.
