This role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans that support sales growth and strengthen brand presence across distribution channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing promotional programs for trade partners, coordinating with sales teams on channel-specific initiatives, and analyzing market data to optimize trade activities. The Trade Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with business planning, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of trade strategies with overall business goals. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, managing trade marketing budgets, and preparing regular reports and insights for senior leadership.Qualifications Strong Trade Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and implement effective channel programs.Experience in Business Planning with the ability to align trade initiatives to broader commercial objectives.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market, sales, and campaign data and recommend data-driven actions.Proven Sales experience in FMCG, pharma, or distribution-focused environments.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience with trade promotion management, channel activation, and distributor engagement.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or sales analytics tools is beneficial.Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare-related industries is a plus.
