The company values professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth in the region.Role Description The Trade Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting daily trading and operational activities.Key Responsibilities- Prepare, revise, and maintain invoices, contracts, and other trade-related documents.- Check prices, quantities, calculations, and document details for accuracy.- Handle daily business correspondence and telephone calls in English.- Follow up with customers and suppliers professionally and promptly.QualificationsStrong Excel and Word skills are essential and are the most important requirement for this role.- Candidates must be able to independently produce accurate, well-formatted invoices and contracts, use Excel formulas, and manage spreadsheets efficiently.- Good spoken and written English, with the ability to handle daily business emails and telephone conversations independently.- A sound understanding of business etiquette, including polite, clear, and professional communication with customers and suppliers.- Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills.- Previous experience in a trading company or preparing commercial documents is preferred.- Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, and prior experience in trading or operations support, are beneficial.The interview process will include a practical assessment of Excel, Word, and document preparation skills, as well as English communication ability.
