They are looking to hire a Quant Trader to work across systematic market-making and short-horizon strategies, sitting at the intersection of quantitative research and live trading.Role:Research and improve systematic market-making and short-horizon strategies.Analyse market data, order books and execution.Develop and deploy new signals and optimise live strategies.Support risk, portfolio construction and new markets.Requirements:2+ years in quantitative trading/research, ideally HFT or market making.Strong Python and large-dataset experience.Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution.Strong trading intuition and commercial mindset.Genuine interest in crypto.Compensation: Up to €110k base + performance bonus.The team is based in Amsterdam, so you'll need to be based there or willing to relocate.If you're interested, send your CV to Jayden.lazarus@plexusrs.com or reach out via TG: @JaydenLaz_12
