Core categories include consumer electronics, gaming consoles and accessories, IT hardware, audio, wearables, smart home devices, mobile, and computing components.Role Description The Trading Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and executing daily trading operations across DealCore’s core product categories. This role manages buy- and sell-side deals from sourcing to closure, including pricing, margin analysis, and risk assessment using live market data and internal deal intelligence tools. The Trading Manager builds and maintains relationships with suppliers and buyers, negotiates commercial terms, and ensures compliance with internal controls and trading policies. The role coordinates closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to confirm availability, manage landed-cost economics, and oversee order fulfillment. The Trading Manager also monitors category performance, identifies market opportunities, and contributes to trading strategy, reporting, and process improvements.Qualifications Strong trading, pricing, and margin management skills in B2B environments, ideally within consumer electronics, gaming, or IT hardware.Proficiency in market analysis, data-driven decision making, and use of trading or ERP platforms to evaluate global demand and landed costs.Experience in supplier and buyer relationship management, including negotiation, contract terms, and account growth.Background in logistics and operations coordination, with familiarity in international trade, customs, and cross-border shipping.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on commercial outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant trading or commercial experience in the UAE or global markets is highly beneficial.Comfort working on-site in Dubai and engaging with international partners across time zones; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
