About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Trade Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end trading activities and support the growth of international business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in trade execution, stakeholder management, market analysis, and the development of new business opportunities across global markets.About the Requirements Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in physical commodity trading.Proven track record of successfully managing international transactions and commercial negotiations. Strong understanding of commercial risk management and international trade practices.Knowledge of import/export operations, logistics, and Incoterms.Experience handling contracts, Letters of Credit (LCs), invoices, shipping documents, and related trade documentation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.Fluent in English; fluency in Russian language is advantageous and desirable.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience working in fast-paced international environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel for business meetings, industry events, and site visits.About YouManage the full trade lifecycle across physical commodities, including grains, seeds, and other products within the company's portfolio.Support and participate in commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of transactions.Monitor and analyze market conditions, pricing trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities.Develop and maintain trading models, forecasts, and analytical reports using Excel.Collaborate with finance and risk management teams to monitor profitability and trading performance.Identify opportunities to expand into new markets, products, and regions while supporting strategic growth initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and trade requirements.Manage and review trade documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs declarations, cargo insurance certificates, invoices, and other shipping-related documents.Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and trade execution effectiveness.About the RecruiterContact: Jasmine Puno – Recruitment ResourcerJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
