The role involves managing traffic assessments, transportation studies, road safety requirements, technical reviews, consultant coordination, and liaison with relevant authorities, particularly Dubai RTA.The position requires extensive experience in traffic engineering and road safety, including significant professional experience within Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage traffic engineering and transportation studies for development projects.Review and oversee Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) and related traffic assessments.Coordinate with Dubai RTA and other relevant authorities on traffic and transportation matters.Review traffic circulation, access arrangements, junction capacity, road networks, and traffic management requirements.Assess traffic impacts associated with residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale development projects.Oversee traffic modelling, traffic analysis, capacity assessment, and Level of Service (LOS) analysis.Review road safety requirements and identify potential traffic safety risks.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams, and government authorities.Provide technical guidance on traffic engineering and transportation-related design matters.Review traffic management proposals, road layouts, access arrangements, and junction improvements.Ensure traffic engineering deliverables comply with applicable Dubai regulations, RTA requirements, and project standards.Review technical reports, authority submissions, design documents, and consultant deliverables.Monitor authority comments and support timely resolution of traffic-related technical issues.Provide technical leadership and guidance to traffic and transportation engineering teams.Support project planning, feasibility studies, and development-related transportation assessments.Technical ExperienceTraffic EngineeringTransportation PlanningTraffic Impact Studies (TIS)Traffic and transportation assessmentsRoad safety engineeringTraffic capacity and Level of Service (LOS) analysisQualifications & ExperienceBSc/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Master's degree in Traffic Engineering and/or Transportation Engineering.Minimum 12 years of experience in Traffic Engineering and Road Safety.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience specifically in Dubai.Why Join Binghatti?At Binghatti, we do not just build properties—we build legacies.
