Traffic Marshal

We are looking for a responsible and safety-focused Traffic Marshal to support the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at our operational sites. The ideal candidate will help maintain an organized traffic flow while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards.Monthly Salary: AED 1,700Benefits: Accommodation providedTransportation providedUniform and PPE providedVisa and medical coverage providedWorking Hours: 12-hour shiftsKey Responsibilities:Direct and manage vehicle movements to ensure smooth traffic flow.Guide drivers to designated parking, loading, and unloading areas.Assist pedestrians in crossing safely within operational zones.Communicate effectively using hand signals and two-way radios.Monitor entry and exit points to maintain orderly site access.Report incidents, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements.Provide courteous assistance and directions to visitors, drivers, and customers.Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.RequirementsPrevious experience in traffic control, parking operations, security, or a related field is preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.If you are a safety-conscious and dependable professional looking to build your career in traffic management, we encourage you to apply.
