Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves designing activities that build reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, while fostering critical thinking and creativity. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, participate in school events, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Macro Vision Academy in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. QualificationsStrong fundamentals in Education and Teaching, with a clear understanding of CBSE curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and outcome-focused learning experiences.Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and effective classroom interaction.Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline and B.Ed. qualification required.Prior experience teaching English at middle or secondary school level, preferably in a CBSE or similar school environment.Ability to use smart classroom tools, digital resources, and basic educational technology in daily teaching.Strong classroom management, student mentoring, and the ability to support holistic development and co-curricular activities.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and a collaborative, professional approach to working with students and staff.
