Main Responsibilities

Support Front Office in performance monitoring: annual budget exercise, quarterly business reviews (preparation and analysis of performance indicators forecasts), follow up of new transactions & deal pipeline, monitoring of key KPIs (NBI, RWA, EVA, etc.)Performance of Level 1 controls to mitigate risks for the Bank. Build dashboards and automate processes to enhance the monitoring of Front Office indicators. Involvement in various strategic initiatives, new product roll-out and reports/presentations for senior management.

Required Skills

Bachelor / Master’s degree in finance, business, accounting or engineeringFamiliarity with/interest for Investment Banking and Project FinanceExcellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
