Role Descr</strong>iption The Trainee Cabin Crew role at Our Client is a full-time, on-site position based in Colombo. In this role, you will assist in ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights under the supervision of experienced cabin crew and aviation professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and adhering to safety procedures, supporting pre-flight briefings, managing boarding and in-flight customer service, and handling passenger inquiries with professionalism. You will also be trained to respond calmly to emergencies, maintain aircraft cabin standards, and uphold company policies and aviation regulations. This position offers structured training, mentorship, and development opportunities for a future career in cabin crew and aviation services.Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills and interest in Flight Attendant responsibilities and Aircraft cabin operations.Candidates should possess knowledge or strong interest in Aviation and related safety and regulatory standards.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with passengers and colleagues.Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow detailed safety procedures and instructions.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by flight schedules.Secondary education completion required; additional training or certifications in hospitality, aviation, or customer service are an advantage.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered beneficial.
