You’ll support site supervision, surface preparation, coating application, quality control, material monitoring, and coordination with project teams to ensure safe and successful project delivery.Join a team where technical learning, safety, quality, and collaboration are valued—and where you’ll receive the practical exposure and guidance needed to build a strong engineering career.About Your TeamYou will work closely with project, construction, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, civil, procurement, and site teams to support the safe and efficient execution of epoxy flooring and protective coating works. You’ll also coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and applicators to support surface preparation, coating application, quality inspections, material monitoring, technical reporting, and successful project delivery.Your RoleAs a Trainee Engineer, you will:Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisationMaintain area-wise production and manpower records.Maintain material consumption reports.Prepare technical reports for coating failures and repairs.Ensure proper application techniques for roller-applied, high-build, self-leveling, broadcast, anti-static/ESD, and heavy-duty systems.Ensure correct material mixing, application procedures, and use of approved tools and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical requirements and project specifications.Train, mentor, and assess coating applicators to ensure they are competent in material mixing, substrate preparation, application techniques, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and compliance with approved method statements and manufacturer requirements.Apply the Company’s frameworks to guide role expectations, levels of responsibility, skills, development, and progression.Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.What We’re Looking ForExperience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in a construction environment in UAE, with exposure to epoxy flooring, protective coating systems, surface preparation, site supervision, quality control, and coating application methods.Knowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of epoxy flooring and protective coating systemsKnowledge of surface preparation methods, including grinding, shot blasting, and moisture testingFamiliarity with various epoxy manufacturers and their technical requirementsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements independentlyKnowledge of QA/QC procedures and inspection requirementsStrong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to take technical and operational responsibility for epoxy coating works while ensuring compliance with programme, quality, safety, and commercial requirementsProficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teamsValid UAE driving licenceDesirable:Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsEffective planning and organisational abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to elevate your career?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join Inproserv and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
