Trainee Food Processing Executive

Responsibilities

Learn and lead organic certifications for company's productsAssist and manage end-to-end procurement to production and shipping: procurement, processing, packaging, and shipping of the sweets and snacks productsAssist and manage office and food processing facilityMaintain professional communications with customers and suppliersDesign and create online marketing material, including posters, banners, online stories and postsManage online and offline sales and marketing including preparing the marketing and sales materialManage marketing on various social media outlets - facebook, instagram, linkedin and othersOccasional visits to the suppliers/vendors, mostly in NCR area Manage the stalls at malls and farmers markets on weekends/early mornings/eveningsEnhance and manage the company's websiteAny other tasks that come up - we are a startup company

Qualifications

Degree in food processing/technology Proficiency in English and Hindi writing and speakingPersons with leadership and self-driving capabilities will be successful in this roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in design toolsProficiency or ability to learn quickly Google docs, google spreadsheet or Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise, and lead the work
