Here, you can be part of something bigger, crafting luxury hospitality’s next chapter.Training Purpose: This training opportunity is designed to provide practical exposure to IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, systems administration, and technical support, along with an introduction to the governance and security compliance frameworks in place. The trainee will work under the guidance of the Infrastructure Team on hands-on tasks that support the stability and security of the company's IT environment.Key Training Areas — The trainee will be trained in:Networking fundamentals and infrastructure performance monitoring (LAN/WAN, active devices)Assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and access pointsMonitoring network connectivity and helping resolve basic network issuesAssisting in server system setup and maintenance under supervisionManaging user accounts and permissions through Active DirectoryProviding first-level technical support to end users (desktops, printers, peripherals)Following up on Helpdesk/ticketing support requests and resolving basic issuesDocumenting recurring support and network issues and their resolutionsUnderstanding cybersecurity and compliance requirements under the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and Digital Government Authority (DGA) frameworksParticipating in IT asset inventory and documentation of systems and proceduresSupporting backup operations and monitoring performance logsUnderstanding infrastructure management policies and IT governance proceduresPreparing basic reports and dashboards to support department operationsQualifications — The trainee will need to have:Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related fieldBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and operating systemsBasic familiarity with systems administration and Active Directory concepts (a plus)Good communication and coordination skillsGood English language skillsWillingness to learn and grow within a professional technical environment
