Trainee Lawyer

G+P Law is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Lawyer to join its fast-expanding Corporate and Commercial Team.As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience by working on a broad range of legal matters, supporting a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients across various sectors. You will be involved in day-to-day legal work, contributing to projects related to contracting, corporate governance, compliance and Regulatory issues, while also interacting with Authorities and supporting client-facing activitiesYOUR ROLE

• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal memo and reports
• Support the drafting and review of contracts and corporate documentation
• Assist in corporate governance and compliance matters
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions
• Liaise with public authorities and assist in procedural mattersOUR REQUIREMENTS
• Law degree from a Greek University
• Eligibility to commence legal traineeship in Greece
• Strong academic background (LL.M. will be considered an asset)
• Excellent command of Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail
• Team spirit, proactiveness and willingness to learn
