About the PositionWe are looking for a Trainee Manual QA Engineer to join a team developing and maintaining modern mobile applications in the field of loyalty programs and digital services.This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Quality Assurance by working on real commercial projects under the guidance of an experienced engineering team.About the ProjectOur team is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of mobile applications and supporting web solutions for one of the largest loyalty platforms in Ukraine.Responsibilities:Perform manual testing of Android and iOS mobile applicationsExecute functional and regression testingVerify new functionality after releasesIdentify, document, and analyze software defectsTest integrations between multiple servicesCollaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Designers, Project Managers, and other teamsParticipate in daily meetings and software development processesRequirements:Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Knowledge of QA fundamentals and software testing theoryUnderstanding of test design techniquesKnowledge of SDLC and STLCExperience writing test cases and bug reportsBasic understanding of REST APIs (would be an advantage)Understanding of mobile application testing principlesBasic knowledge of web application testingStrong attention to detailWillingness to learn and develop quicklyResponsibility and proactive attitudeGood communication skillsTrainee ProgramThe Trainee Program lasts 3 months.
