About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and driven Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our Production team. You will be responsible for handling assembly operations of Geared motors & Gear Boxes. ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly of units as per given schedule.Follow standard assembly procedures & techniques.Communicate for shortages of material.Part picking from the locations as needed.Communicate for daily output and pending jobs.Up keeping workstation, tools & equipment’s.Part verification before assembly.Follow safety rules while working.Inform about damaged components – tools.Maintain good housekeeping standards.Maintain Quality Management System as applicable.Authorized to stop assembly if found any non-conformity during assembly.Authorized to release unit for testing.Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Fitter) Experience - 0 – 2 years in engineering industryRequired Skills - Understanding of Engineering drawings & Specification, conceptual knowledge of assembly, Use of measuring instrumentsPay range and compensation packageCTC 2.5 to 2.8 lakhs per annum Transport facility from designated pointsCanteen Facility5 days working with general shiftWork location - Chakan MIDC Phase-II
