The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!What will you do?Able to liaise confidently with candidates on the phone and via emailBe able to identify suitable candidates sourced through a variety of mediaHaving good basic knowledge of your sectorAble to interview and reference candidatesComfortable negotiating salaries and day rates with candidatesConstruct well-written job advertsGood organisational and communication skillsWhat are we looking for?A self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic environmentSomeone who is highly competitive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent people and relationship building skillsIs highly detail conscious, with analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalitiesTakes the ownership of delegated tasksBe a team player that can ‘think outside of the box’Have strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”Be able to bring energy to the office every day!Please note this role is based in our office at Dubai Marina, working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
