Key Responsibilities

Train & Mentor: Design and deliver training programs on metal 3D printing (DED, LPBF, WAAM) for engineers, technicians, and operators.Lead Projects: Own the full lifecycle of 3D-printed components — from DfAM and print file preparation to post-processing and quality validation.Qualify Components: Ensure 3D-printed parts meet industry standards (API 20S, DNV B203, AS9100).Optimize Supply Chain: Develop digital inventory strategies to reduce lead times and costs.Drive Innovation: Implement advanced AM systems for high-performance alloy components.Cross-Functional Leadership: Interface with engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Create and maintain SOPs and certification pathways.Candidate Profile :7+ years of hands-on experience in metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) .Experience in energy, oil & gas, aerospace, or heavy industry.Deep knowledge of DED, LPBF, or WAAM processes.Extensive experience with nickel-based alloys (Inconel), titanium, and high-performance polymers.Proven training and mentoring capability — experience developing curriculum and assessing competency.Familiar with API 20S, DNV B203, or AS9100 (preferred).Strong background in metrology and quality validation (3D scanning, CT inspection).Proven ability to manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and build business cases for AM adoption.
