Trainer AI Engineer Course

Build with AI. Teach others how. CodeFactory Vienna is looking for an AI Engineering Trainer to teach our practical, English-language AI Engineer programme. If you enjoy building with Generative AI and Large Language Models—and making complex concepts accessible—we’d love to hear from you. You’ll help learners turn ideas into working AI applications, agents and automated workflows through interactive lessons, practical exercises and project feedback. The role at a glance Location: Remote Hours: 10 hours per week, including teaching, preparation, learner support Live teaching: Two evenings per week, Tuesday and Thursday, 18:00–20:30 Vienna time (CET/CEST) Teaching language: English Course format: Eight-week programme Please ensure you can consistently teach during these hours from your local time zone. What you’ll do Deliver engaging online lessons with live demonstrations and practical coding exercises. Teach Generative AI and LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, API integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Guide learners in building AI agents and automations using tools such as LangChain, n8n or Flowise. Prepare and adapt teaching materials, troubleshoot projects and provide constructive feedback. Help learners understand responsible AI use, including privacy, model limitations and evaluating outputs. Support participants with different levels of technical experience. What you bring Practical experience developing applications with Generative AI and Large Language Models. Strong Python skills and confidence working with APIs, debugging integrations and explaining code. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases and agent workflows. Familiarity with major LLM providers and relevant development or automation tools. Excellent spoken and written English. A patient, approachable teaching style and the ability to explain technical ideas through clear examples. Reliability, independent preparation and confidence delivering live online sessions. We already provide developed lectures and chapters which you can use, but we strongly encourage advancement of said materials. Previous teaching, mentoring or workshop experience is a strong advantage. Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluating AI systems is also welcome. Why join us?
