You'll produce the documentation and training that make the platform genuinely usable after the delivery team leaves.What you'll doWrite user manuals, administrator guides, SOPs, and quick-reference materialsProduce training content — decks, videos, walkthroughs, and hands-on exercisesDeliver role-based training to command centre operators, FM teams, and administratorsBuild and run a knowledge-transfer plan for the client's internal support teamMaintain the documentation set through releases and change requestsGather feedback and improve materials based on real user difficultyWhat you'll bring4+ years in technical writing and/or corporate technical trainingExcellent written English and the ability to explain complex systems simplyConfident presenter, comfortable training mixed-seniority audiencesTooling: MS Office, Camtasia or similar, screen capture and diagramming toolsAbility to learn a technical platform quickly by using it, not just by being briefedNice to haveExperience documenting or training on building management, security, or control-room systemsInstructional design qualification or e-learning authoring experience (Articulate, Captivate)Location & engagementBased in Dubai, UAE — on-site at InfoLabs Global and at the client facility as the project requiresProject-based engagement for the duration of the Digital Twin program, with extension subject to project pipelineApplicants must currently be in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
