Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an Application Support Trainer to join an international IT project.The role focuses on training users on business applications, ensuring they understand the functionalities, processes, and tools they need to perform their activities effectively.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions, preparing training materials, supporting users during the learning process, and collecting feedback to continuously improve the training approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on-site training sessions to users in Brussels.Prepare and structure training sessions based on users' needs and levels of expertise.Explain application functionalities, processes, and procedures in a clear and accessible manner.Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on guidance to users.Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations, and documentation.Answer users' questions and provide support during and after training sessions.Identify common user difficulties and adapt training content accordingly.Collect participant feedback and identify opportunities to improve training materials and delivery.Support users during the adoption of new functionalities, processes, and application updates.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.Contribute to a positive and engaging learning experience for users.ProfilePrevious experience as an IT Trainer, Application Trainer, Software Trainer, Application Support Specialist, or in a similar role.Proven experience delivering classroom, on-site, virtual, or one-to-one training.Good understanding of IT applications and the ability to quickly learn new software and business processes.Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical and functional concepts clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge.Strong pedagogical and user-oriented approach.Ability to adapt training methods and content to different audiences.Experience creating and maintaining training materials and user documentation.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international environment.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Based in Belgium and available to deliver training on-site in Brussels.Available to start ASAP.
