Our software has to match that.The RoleWe're looking for a Software Trainer who can walk into a busy oral surgery practice and get everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, up and running on DSN fast. You'll own onsite and remote training for new customers going live, build the materials that make training stick, and become the person practices call when they need help.This isn't a read-from-a-script job. You'll need to read a room, adapt on the fly, and translate complex workflows into language that actually clicks. Go-lives are high-stakes. You'll need to keep things calm and productive when the pressure is on.What You'll OwnLead onsite and remote training for new DSN customers going live — including full practice conversions from WinOMS, Sensei, paper-based systems, and othersRun pre-training check-ins with offices to assess conversion status, data migration readiness, and workflow-specific needs before you arriveBuild and refine training materials: session agendas, quick-reference guides, how-to docs, and video walkthroughsEvaluate effectiveness through post-session feedback and follow-up assessments and then iterate on what's not landingStay current on DSN product updates and new features so your training content never falls behind the platformProvide post-go-live support and collaborate with our Support team between training assignments to sharpen your product knowledgeKeep detailed session records and travel logsWho You AreRequiredStrong communicator who can simplify complex software for non-technical users without being condescending about itComfortable being on the road frequently. This is a travel-heavy role and that's a feature, not a bugOrganized and self-directed! You'll often be the only DSN person in the roomPatient under pressure. Go-lives are high-stakes for practices, and you keep things moving when they're notGenuinely curious about dental workflows and clinical operationsStrongly PreferredPrevious experience in a dental office or training role. Front desk, office manager, dental assistant, or similarHands-on experience with dental practice management software (DSN, WinOMS, Sensei, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or comparable)Prior training, teaching, or onboarding experience in a software or healthcare settingWhy DSNTight team, high output, no bureaucracy.
